Friendly service and the food is well presented. The units are exceptional, welcoming with comfortable beds. The staff are fantastic, managed the parking outside. The location is stunning, 15 minutes' walk to an Appleby castle.

delicious food

Perfect spot for a family getaway

The room we had was enormous and the beds were just so comfy, like really. The food in the dining area was amazing, especially the steak and ale pie which was 'out of this world'!

It was a bit pricey but I guess you pay for quality.

really good food

I loved the spacious room with great amenities and the lovely garden area. The food was really good, particularly the local specials! Our dog also felt right at home with courtesy treats provided.

gorgeous room

friendly staff

The staff were really good too help us, even letting us change in our room before the wedding. The beautiful double room was fine, well-equipped, and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the pub nearby served really good food.
